30-day return window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To begin a return, contact our team with your order number and the reason for the request. Please wait for return instructions before sending an item back.

Return eligibility

To be eligible, an item must be unused, in the same condition in which it was received, and returned with its original packaging, accessories, manuals, and included components. Please keep your proof of purchase and order confirmation.

Items that are opened, activated, altered, damaged after delivery, missing components, or returned without authorization may not be eligible for a refund. Gift cards, downloadable products, digital codes, and items marked final sale or non-returnable are not eligible for return unless required by applicable law.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the product ordered, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate return, replacement, or refund instructions.

Refunds

After an authorized return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account.

Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a damaged item, or an incorrect item. Any applicable charges will be explained before your return is finalized.

Exchanges

For an exchange, contact us before returning the item. Replacements are subject to product availability. When a replacement is unavailable, we will review the available return or refund options with you.

Return shipping

Do not send products directly to the manufacturer. Once your return request is approved, we will provide the correct return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping the shipping receipt until your return has been processed.
